I. General Provisions

  1. These Terms and Conditions define the rules for using the online store proteinbar.market, operated by RIF Polska YEVHENIIA HRYNENKO, NIP 8792763739, REGON 540696495, with its registered office in Toruń, ul. Kanałowa, 79-81, hall 5 (hereinafter referred to as the “Seller”).
  2. The online store offers both retail and wholesale sales via the Internet.
  3. Every User of the store is required to familiarize themselves with these Terms and Conditions and comply with them.

II. Provision of Services by Electronic Means

  1. The online store provides the following services: a) Browsing the product offer, b) Placing orders, c) Contacting customer service via the contact form.
  2. Using the services requires access to the Internet and a device with a web browser.
  3. The store does not charge fees for using its functionalities.

III. Placing Orders

  1. Orders can be placed 24/7.
  2. To place an order, the User must: a) Add products to the cart, b) Complete the order form, c) Make payment using the available methods, d) Confirm the order.
  3. The Seller confirms order acceptance via email.

IV. Payments and Delivery

  1. Available payment methods: a) Bank transfer, b) Card payment.
  2. Available delivery methods: a) Courier, b) Parcel lockers.
  3. Delivery costs are displayed at the time of placing an order.

V. Order Processing

  1. The order is processed only after the full amount is credited to the Seller’s bank account.
  2. For online or traditional bank transfer payments, the processing time starts from the payment confirmation.
  3. The Seller does not offer cash-on-delivery shipments.

VI. Withdrawal from the Contract and Complaints

The customer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the order without giving a reason.

Complaints regarding product defects can be submitted to the same e-mail address: sale@proteinbar.market
Returns are processed within 14 days of their receipt by the Seller.

In accordance with art. 38 of the Act of 30 May 2014 on consumer rights, the right to withdraw from the contract does not apply in the case of:

  • products delivered in sealed packages that cannot be returned after opening due to health protection or hygiene reasons, if the packaging was opened after delivery (e.g. protein bars, nutrients, supplements),
  • products with a short shelf life or that spoil quickly,
  • products manufactured to the customer’s individual order.

In the case of hermetically packed products (e.g. protein bars and other food products), returns are only possible if the packaging has not been damaged and the product has not been used.

VII. Personal Data

  1. The Administrator of Customers’ personal data is RIF Polska YEVHENIIA HRYNENKO.
  2. Data is processed for order fulfillment, customer service, and marketing (with Customer consent).
  3. Detailed information is available in the Privacy Policy.

VIII. Final Provisions

  1. The Seller may amend these Terms and Conditions.
  2. Disputes arising from contracts will be resolved by courts in Poland.
